The room was exceptionally clean and well decorated with comfy enough bed when upgraded. There were coffee & tea making machines and a fridge in the room too. Location: the hotel was next to a big shopping mall and Shenzhen. It also was also in the Buffet restaurant.

my triple room was available with a seating area, ironing facilities, and a couch bed. favourable and marvellous location just off main restaurant, a big shopping mall, and longhua, i felt safe.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to a shopping mall and various amenities in the room like climate control, a laptop-compatible safe, multi-channel television, and a comfortable bed.

Modern and great hotel with amicable staff. Marvellous location with free parking and right by Hong Kong airport. the Buffet restaurant and shopping mall are conveniently located.

The staff here is friendly and the location is excellent, right in the center of the city with spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

The room was extremely comfortable, spacious, and well-decorated. The bed provided me with the best sleep I've had in weeks. The gym was well-equipped and not crowded. The hotel offered good value for the money.

One downside was the lack of free wifi, which could be a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the television channels stopped working in the early morning, but that didn't bother me as much.
